OSE Immunotherapeutics has released its ESMO 2026 abstract with topline results from the FoRT-sponsored, open-label, randomized, 3-arm P-II (Combi-TED) trial of Tedopi (OSE2101) + docetaxel or Tedopi + nivolumab vs docetaxel alone as 2L treatment in 106 HLA-A2+ pts with metastatic NSCLC (no EGFR mutation or ALK/ROS1 rearrangement) after 1L chemo-immunotherapy
The trial met its 1EP of 1yr. OS rate, which was 47% (p=0.001) for Tedopi + docetaxel & 46% (p=0.002) for Tedopi + nivolumab vs 29% (p=0.287) for docetaxel alone; Bayesian analyses suggest a >90% posterior probability of improved 1yr. OS vs docetaxel alone for both Tedopi-based combinations
TRAEs occurred in 89%, 82% & 79% and drug-related SAEs in 17%, 24% & 17% of pts in the Tedopi + docetaxel, Tedopi + nivolumab & docetaxel arms, respectively, with no unexpected safety signals; final results will be presented at ESMO on Oct 25, 2026, while the registrational P-III (ARTEMIA) trial of Tedopi monotherapy vs docetaxel is recruiting, with results expected in early 2028
