Trial met its 1EP, with significantly more PV pts responding to divesiran vs PBO (88% vs 19%). Response was defined as no phlebotomy & HCT <45% during Wks. 18-36; rates were 93.8% with Q6W & 81.3% with Q12W dosing
The key 2EP was also met during Wks. 0-36, with divesiran significantly reducing mean phlebotomies per patient (0.2 vs 2.1). Divesiran also improved hematocrit control, ferritin & other iron markers, & PROs measured by MPN-SAF TSS
